Before every rehearsal and every game, both drumlines have a warm up session, where we play basic warm ups to prepare are arms, wrists, and hands for the upcoming playing. Without these warm ups, our bodies are very prone to injury.
Similarly, the rest of our body needs warm ups. Before exercising and playing, we need to warm up and stretch our bodies. These videos will show you how to properly do that.
